Our company is duly registered as a Primary Mortgage Bank and the management staffs are seasoned Nigerian professionals with several years of practical experience in mortgage creations and underwriting, financial management and consulting; and real estate practice.​

OLUNIYI ABIODUN AJAO, hnd, FCA

Managing Director

Mr. Oluniyi Abiodun Ajao studied Accountancy at the Polytechnic Ibadan where he obtained Higher National Diploma (1998).  He became an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) in 2005 and attained the Fellow Status of the Institute in the year 2018. Mr. Ajao, gathered considerable practical banking experience while working for United Bank for Africa Plc as Operation Support staff under Industrial Attaché Scheme (1993 – 1994). He joined City-Code Trust and Investment Co. Limited as a branch Accountant in 2000 and rose through the ranks to become the Group Accountant; the position he held until his secondment to CityCode Mortgage Bank Ltd in 2010 as the Deputy General Manager, Internal Audit.  He is a seasoned and highly dynamic professional, he was in charge of Internal Processes and Quality Control in the Bank, until the recent appointment as the Acting Managing Director.

EMMANUEL OBIAJULU ODUKWE, BSC, EMBA

Executive  Director

Mr. Emmanuel Obiajulu Odukwe holds B.Sc. (Hons) in Surveying from University of Nigeria, Nsuka and Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA) from the prestigious Lagos Business School, (LBS) Victoria Island, Lagos. He has over 12 years banking experience which span across Mortgage creation and underwriting, Retail banking, Consumer banking, Credit analysis and Real Estate Development.  Mr. Odukwe started his mortgage banking career with Finacorp Building Society (now Bank PHB Mortgages), where he rose to the position of Assistant Manager before joining Spring Mortgage Plc as the Head of Mortgage and Real Estate development.   After successful years at Spring Mortgage Bank he joined UBA Plc as a Mortgage Analyst and rose to become a Branch Manager. Mr. Emmanuel Odukwe is versatile in mortgage and real estate trends, as well as industry-focused economic analysis; he was General Manager Mortgage Banking, before his appointment as Executive Director in the Bank.

ROTIMI IYIOLA, MBA, ACA, MCIB

Chief Financial Officer

Rotimi Iyiola is an experienced Chartered Accountant, an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and MCIB member of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), he also holds MBA in Financial Management. He has a proven track record in the banking, engineering, leisure, travel, and tourism sectors. Rotimi’s expertise encompasses internal audit, accounting, internal controls, management, and financial accounting.
He is a strong accounting professional who earned qualifications from Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, and Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso.

Before joining CityCode Mortgage Bank Limited, Rotimi gained valuable experience at Bode Fakunle & Co (Chartered Accountants and Tax Consultants), Obokun Microfinance Bank Limited as Head, Internal Control, and Wakanow.com Limited as Finance Associate. Notably, he was the Pioneer Head of Finance at Flyforvalue Ltd, where he successfully established the company’s Finance Department. He later served as Chief Financial Officer at Alert Microfinance Bank before moving to Moneyfield Microfinance Bank Ltd

MARGRET ODILI, BSC

GM, Mortgage Banking

Margret Odili is a performance-driven mortgage and customer service professional with a dynamic career spanning over a decade in financial services, telecommunications, and administration. She currently serves as Head of the Mortgage Department at CityCode Mortgage Bank, where she leads one of the bank’s highest-performing marketing teams, consistently driving remarkable growth in mortgage sales, client acquisition, and portfolio expansion. With a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Ibadan, she began her career as an Administrative Officer during NYSC, quickly developing a reputation for reliability, coordination, and communication. She went on to join 9mobile (formerly Etisalat) as a Customer Care Executive, where her exceptional service skills and attention to detail led to her transition into the role of Quality Assurance Analyst responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving customer experience standards across touchpoints.​

Since transitioning into the mortgage finance industry, she has demonstrated outstandingleadership in team management, customer engagement, and high-value sales execution. At CityCode Mortgage Bank, her strategic approach to mortgage origination and her ability to convert leads into long-term clients have placed her at the forefront of the bank’s marketing success regularly exceeding targets and earning recognition as one of the institution’s top-performing marketers. Margret’s cross-industry background in telecoms quality assurance and customer success has equipped her with a deep understanding of consumer behavior, service excellence, and market responsiveness, critical skills she now leverages in financial product marketing and client relationship management.

IBUKUN OJO

Manager, Credit

Oluwabukunmi Olayinka Ojo is a seasoned financial services professional with over 15 years of progressive experience in mortgage banking, corporate finance, and business development. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Lagos State University and a National Diploma in Business Studies from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Ogun State. Her education laid the groundwork for a results-oriented career that blends financial insight with strategic execution. She is currently serving as Head of Recovery at CityCode Mortgage Bank Ltd. Before this time, she served as Corporate Finance Manager, where she streamlined credit evaluation processes and implemented risk mitigation strategies. Miss. Ojo also drove growth as Business Development Manager, where she was instrumental in lead generation, client acquisition, and market expansion.

Her professional journey began at CityCode Savings and Loans Ltd, where she rose from Relationship Officer/Marketer to Head of Consumer Banking, consistently delivering value through effective team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and client-focused service. With a persuasive communication style and deep knowledge of financial products, loan origination, and customer relationship management, Miss. Ojo continues to shape strategy and performance in Nigeria’s mortgage banking space.

SEGUN OLAWALE ALAGBE, HND, ANIM 

Senior Manager, Risk and Compliance

Mr. Segun Olawale Alagbe holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from the Polytechinic, Ibadan (2004). He is a Graduate Member, Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), NIM (2007), and also obtained a Proficiency Certificate in Management from the Institute (2006). Mr. Alagbe joined CityCode Mortgage Bank Ltd in 2007 as an Accountant and held the position of Head Compliance. Mr. Alagbe is currently the Business Development Manager in the Bank. 

TOLULOPE ADEBANWO ADENIJI,
Manager, IT

Tolulope Adebanwo Adeniji holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (2014–2018). Committed to continuous professional development, he completed a specialized training in Harnessing Data Analytics in Banking and Financial Services from the Nigeria Inter-Bank Settlement System (NiBSS) in 2024. With a growing career in technology and finance, Toluwalope brings hands-on expertise in IT support, data analytics, and business process improvement.​

He currently serves as Head, IT Department at CityCode Mortgage Bank Ltd, where he manages core IT systems, resolves technical issues, and uses data to inform operational strategies. His work has played a key role in improving efficiency and reducing turnaround times across the organization. Previously, he worked as a Mortgage Officer at the same institution, supporting data reporting, compliance tracking, and digital storage systems. He began his professional journey as a Digital Media Officer at AgroInfoTech Consulting, where he focused on media performance reporting and digital systems management. Tolulope is passionate about transforming raw data into actionable insights, supporting business growth through intelligent, technology-driven solutions. He is known for his problem-solving skills, strong team spirit, and ability to align IT functions with business objectives.

JULIE MAC-YOROKI, LLB,B.L 
Company Secretary

Barrister Julie Mac-Yoroki (Mrs.) holds an LL.B Hons degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, and earned her Bachelor of Law (BL) at the Nigerian Law School, Abuja.  Barrister Julie Mac-Yoroki is a lawyer of repute with over 14 years of experience. She commenced her career as a lawyer with T.A.G Ivory & Co. (2002) and later moved to Segun Demuren & Co. between 2005 -2007.  After acquiring considerable practice experience, Barrister Julie Mac-Yoroki established her own firm Julie Mac-Yoroki & Co. in 2007, where she has been practicing until her appointment as Senior Manager, Corporate Services in CityCode Mortgage Bank Limited. She is a member of several professional bodies including Nigeria Bar Association (NBA) and Institute of Chartered Secretaries.
